“To protect and empower
immigrants in the United States through trusted legal support, women’s protection programs, and a growing voice in global migration policy.”

Daniele Oliver is the founder, president, and executive director of USIC. A Brazilian immigrant, she holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and an MBA in Project Management, and works fluently in Portuguese, English, and Spanish. She built USIC from frontline immigration casework — humanitarian visas, detained families, and survivors of trafficking and abuse — into an organization with a growing voice in migration policy. Under her leadership, USIC has supported 4,500+ immigrants and prepared 2,200+ USCIS filings since 2023. (Figures from USIC program records.)
